Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with global fulfillment centers to bring you our products directly from our suppliers. Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days following processing, depending on your location and destination customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for initial tracking updates to reflect on the carrier's portal.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
